Are you a highly motivated apprentice looking to gain experience in our Machine Shop Department? Our state-of-the-art Machine Shop includes CNC Machining, Manual Machining, Welding, and Inspection. If so, this first shift, 7:30A-3:30P, Chandler-based position is the perfect fit for you!

This candidate must have the following to be considered for the role:
- Willing to assist the Machine Shop Foreman in a variety of machining and welding tasks
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience reading blueprints
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Summary of Essential Functions:
- Support the Machine Shop Department with equipment maintenance
- Assist Machinists with deburring and tapping parts
- Assist with various sawing and welding tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned to assist the Machine Shop Department
- Familiar with operating CNC and Manual machines
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 practices
- Experience with CAD programs such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks a plus.
- Knowledge of programming Mills using SURFCAM is a definite plus.
- Manual mills and lathe experience a plus.
