We’re not looking for a traditional HR manager. We’re looking for a People Manager who wants to roll up their sleeves and build something meaningful. Someone who thrives on improving how teams work, how leaders lead, and how employees grow.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll partner directly with leadership and employees to shape a strong, engaged, and high-performing culture.

What You’ll Do

Lead and elevate the onboarding and employee experience
Coach and support managers on performance, feedback, and team development
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Partner with leadership to recruit and hire top talent
Address employee concerns and resolve issues professionally and fairly
Improve and maintain HR processes, policies, and compliance
Identify opportunities to strengthen culture, communication, and accountability

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or similar
Strong interpersonal skills—you can build trust quickly and communicate clearly
Comfortable working on the floor and alongside leadership
Practical, solutions-oriented mindset (not overly bureaucratic)
Experience in manufacturing, technical, or fast-paced environments is a plus
