We’re not looking for a traditional HR manager. We’re looking for a People Manager who wants to roll up their sleeves and build something meaningful. Someone who thrives on improving how teams work, how leaders lead, and how employees grow.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll partner directly with leadership and employees to shape a strong, engaged, and high-performing culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and elevate the onboarding and employee experience
- Coach and support managers on performance, feedback, and team development
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Partner with leadership to recruit and hire top talent
- Address employee concerns and resolve issues professionally and fairly
- Improve and maintain HR processes, policies, and compliance
- Identify opportunities to strengthen culture, communication, and accountability
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or similar
- Strong interpersonal skills—you can build trust quickly and communicate clearly
- Comfortable working on the floor and alongside leadership
- Practical, solutions-oriented mindset (not overly bureaucratic)
- Experience in manufacturing, technical, or fast-paced environments is a plus
