Control Panel Builder – Build Advanced Automation Systems

Looking for hands-on work where you can build, wire, and troubleshoot real machines, not just repeat the same task every day?

AeroSpec is hiring a Control Panel Builder to support the build and integration of custom automation systems across industries like aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing.

What You'll Do

Build and wire industrial control panels from schematics
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and final inspections (UL508A)
Install conduit, pull wire, and wire equipment on machines
Support machine integration and system commissioning
Work with engineers and technicians on custom, one-off builds
Occasional field support for installs and upgrades

What You Need

1–2+ years of panel wiring or industrial electrical experience
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
Strong electrical fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable using hand tools and electrical test equipment

Preferred (Not Required)

UL 508A or NEC familiarity
Exposure to controls systems or basic programming
