AeroSpec is hiring a Control Panel Builder to support the production of standardized industrial control panels in a clean, organized environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and wire the industrial control panels to established standards
• Follow clear schematics, layouts, and work instructions
• Perform quality checks and testing to ensure consistency and reliability
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Work independently while meeting daily production goals

This is focused work, ideal for someone who values consistency and efficiency.

What You Bring

• 1+ year of panel wiring or electrical assembly experience
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean, accurate work
• Ability to stay focused and productive

Compensation & Benefits
